They were very prompt with my issue and sent a replacement right away. Also very understanding as they did not have to send me a replacement considering I did not buy it directly from them.

It is wonderful in this day and age to actually not only deal with a real person, but even better, a competent, professional, friendly and knowledgeable advisor. Lauren was exceptional with her response and a credit to the company. Would highly recommend Hoodrich and they definitely need to keep Lauren within the company. Thanks
Good responsive customer service
Hoodrich designs are gorgeous - I have bought 2 sets now for my son. One of the joggers had a stiff/faulty zip and the customer service team helped me to navigate their process. I really didnt want a refund just a replacement pair. It has taken roughly 10 working days for the time of my return to receipt of a new pair. I'm delighted with the outcome and felt that Hoodrich really listened to me as a customer.

Bought joggers after christmas, came after 14 days instead of 8. Otherwise good material and great quality+ very good look. Only problem is the delayed shipping.
Received a broken item ,waited one…
Received a broken item ,waited one month ,had to paid duty 54,00$ ,exchange whit consumer services as no end and takes eternity to get answered !
Worst of all experience!
In the end
No refund
No exchange
No response back
And
Had to pay for a new zipper!

I was told I could get a replacement if I emailed hoodrich customer service after eating a review on here. Feel like I am going in round abouts one minute it looks like I'm getting somewhere then they are telling me that there's nothing they can do after being told by hoodrich head office that I can get a replacement.

Brought a jacket few weeks before christmas & still havent received it.
Have sent email after email & have had no response.
wonder how many other people they done this to over christmas? Took my money & nothing to show for it i will be contacting Jay on Linkedin about this.
Slanted pockets
Got a hoodie for Christmas, the measurements were totally out, one side was longer than the other, making the pockets slanted, looked awful. Got a full refund and re ordered, this time there's a mark where the strings from the hoodie have been. Just utterly disappointed with this designer. You spend £70 on an item, you expect quality. Sorry but its rubbish

I purchased a hoodie and joggers for a Xmas present , purchased in November , these are weyy too small and all I want is an exchange in size , all labels are still on ,you would of thought that there returns policy would be more flexible at Xmas time as some people shop earlier then December , but they’ve been no help just one email back telling me basically no .

I bought the Hoodrich tactical gloves from jd sports in central London and they were two different sizes and I bought two pairs. I don’t have the time to take them back to central London so I’m stuck with them really and I really wanted them even if they don’t fit. I wish I had time to get this sorted

We emailed.we called. Just lies everywhere…we are waiting from the 11th Nov for two coats…I think the next step is taking you to the court..not for £200 ,just for the fact you just ignoring us…
